Pinging is a way to get your traffic easily after when you have posted the articles on your Blog.
some ping site needed to be register for using the pinging service. This is the list of ping service sites that I have here. hope that the list of pinging site will help you.

Ping only 4 like Google,Technorati,Yahoo and MSN otherwise too much ping slow yr server down ALOT and you get errors and marked as SPAMVERTISE.

Another good ping site is "autopinger" part of Alexa. It pings to over 40 sites English and non-English sites. Keep up yhe good posts!!
